Carthage Junior High bids a fond farewell to Dr. Regina Fields, who plans to retire at the end of this school year, marking the conclusion of a remarkable career!
Joining Carthage in 2005, Dr. Fields quickly became an integral part of our school's fabric. From teaching junior high math to assuming the roles of assistant principal and athletic/activities director in 2012, she has been a cornerstone of our school district for 19 incredible years.
Dr. Fields' commitment to education garnered her accolades, including the prestigious title of Middle School AD of the Year in 2022-2023 from MIAAA. Dr. Fields holds a bachelor’s, master’s, and specialist’s degree from Pitt State. She recently earned her doctorate from William Woods in 2023.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Fields' devotion extends to her family—her husband Jon, kids Josh and Tillie, and adorable granddaughters.
